Keith Tillage

After making a decision to leave corporate America, Keith joined together with his father, Ken, to form Tillage Construction, L.L.C. What began as a residential construction company quickly transitioned to a commercial focus once the founders saw the immense demand for quality, dependable commercial construction services. As the owner of Tillage Construction, L.L.C., Keith focuses on the overall growth of the company, setting company policies, evaluating staff and developing new client relationships.

Ken Tillage

What began as a hobby for Ken Tillage turned into a sole proprietorship building custom cabinets in 1982. After experiencing a few years of success and discovering a strong need for his services, he founded Ken Tillage Construction Company in 1991. Several years of consistent growth followed by his son's desire to get involved in the business led to the formation of Tillage Construction, L.L.C. in 2000. Ken continues to be actively involved in the day-to-day construction operations of the company, including estimating, selecting subcontractors and vendors and tracking project timelines.
