Keith Tillage was a corporate guy, headquartered out of Dallas, he was traveling the world and living the life. But by the year 2000, he was ready to come back home and join forces with his father. They started very small in building construction, but his vision was always big.

He was committed to always working on projects where he had governance and ownership in the deal. He wasn’t going to go down the path of being a sub-contractor. He would be the lead contractor or at least a partner in the deal. He passed up deals that were not the right fit and held to his vision.
